Google jumped into affiliate marketing
June 25th, 2007 at 09:53 pm by ashok in GoogleAfter becoming number one internet company through their cash cow PPC program. Google has now jumped into Affiliate Network industry. According to clickz. Google is planning to open its pay-per-action (PPA) AdSense beta to qualifying advertisers worldwide.
In PPC where advertiser has to pay for every click, in PPA advertiser need to pay only when a desired action is done, like filling of form or download. Google’s PPA will definately pose a tough competition for leading affiliate network like Commission Junction or Link Share.
