Orkut integrated with Adwords
November 10th, 2006 at 10:45 am by ashok in Internet MarketingToday when I login to adwords account. I found this message is displaying prominently
New! orkut.com is now part of the Google advertising network.
With site targeting you can select specific communities on which to advertise. Run text, image, and Flash ads on orkut to start gaining new customers.
Orkut was famous for not displaying any ads, but since last few months people were noticing few ads in Orkut. With this changes I think there will be more ads on Orkut.
Site targeting feature is not new in adwords, but the thing which fascinate me is that advertiser can select specific communities to target their ad. Definately this feature will allow more specific targeting and give better return to their investment.

Can anyone give me ideas…
I have been using adwords to promote my online business websites. I almost never see any results. I think the most amount of traffic i have recieved from adwords is 5 unique visitors in a whole month. Is there anyother good ppc options besides google where i will get better exposure of my website.
Jessie, Welcome in my blog. Adwords can provide you any amount of traffic you want. Probably you are not bidding high or you have not selected too many keywords.
Yahoo, MSN are also top player in ppc market, you can also try adbrite, miva, bidvertiser for ppc
